What's included in every hire?
Every package includes delivery, setup and collection, a friendly on-site attendant, unlimited prints, instant digital sharing, and a full online gallery delivered after your event.
Can I customise the photo templates?
Absolutely. We design fully personalised print layouts to match your event theme, colours, and branding — whether it’s an elegant wedding monogram or bold corporate branding.
How long does setup take?
Our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before your event to complete setup. We handle everything so you and your guests can simply enjoy the experience.
What is the hire period?
Standard hire is 3 hours, with flexible packages ranging from 2 to 6 hours. Extended hire time is available — just let us know your event schedule and we’ll find the right fit.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, we ask for a 25% deposit to confirm your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. We accept all major cards and bank transfer.
Do you travel to different venues?
Yes! We cover a wide area and are happy to travel to your venue. Depending on the distance, a travel fee may apply — contact us for a personalised quote.
